paldo Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "paldo", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the legal entity operating the paldo online gaming platform accessible at paldo.lat, duly licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Platform" means the paldo website at paldo.lat, any mobile-optimised version thereof, and all associated software, tools, content, and services made available to registered users.
• "User", "you", or "your" means any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the paldo Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a User on the paldo Platform, associated with a unique Philippine mobile number.
• "Wallet" means the digital balance held within your paldo Account, expressed in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱).
• "Real Money Wager" means any bet or game action placed using funds from your paldo Wallet that carries a financial risk.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional balance credited to your Account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by PAGCOR licensing conditions and applicable Philippine law.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority that licenses and supervises paldo's online gaming operations.

By accessing the paldo Platform, registering an Account, or placing any wager, you conclusively confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and paldo under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. paldo reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement.

Access to and use of the paldo Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR's online gaming licensing framework for the Philippines. paldo enforces this restriction rigorously through KYC verification.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of placing wagers. paldo's PAGCOR license authorises the offering of online gaming services to players within the Republic of the Philippines.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not have applied for self-exclusion from paldo or from gambling services generally through PAGCOR's self-exclusion registry.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be a director, employee, consultant, agent, or affiliate of paldo, or an immediate family member of any such person, with respect to real money wagers.

paldo reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by paldo may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.

To access real money gaming features on paldo, you must register and maintain an Account. The following conditions govern Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) paldo Account. Operating multiple Accounts, whether personally or through third parties, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid Philippine mobile number. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. paldo will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
• No Account Transfer: Accounts are personal to the registered user and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify paldo immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other security breach. Contact our support team at [email protected].

paldo reserves the right to refuse registration or close existing Accounts at its discretion, subject to applicable law and PAGCOR licensing requirements.

paldo accepts deposits exclusively through approved Philippine payment channels. The following terms govern all deposit transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Philippine Peso twenty (₱20). There is no maximum individual deposit limit for verified accounts, subject to anti-money laundering thresholds prescribed by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• Accepted Payment Methods: paldo currently accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. Accepted methods are subject to change at paldo's discretion.
• Deposit Currency: All transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). paldo does not accept foreign currency deposits or cryptocurrency transactions.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that you own legitimately. Depositing funds on behalf of third parties, or accepting deposits from third parties into your Account, is strictly prohibited.
• Processing Time: Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your paldo Wallet instantly. Bank transfer timelines may vary subject to the policies of individual financial institutions.
• Failed Transactions: paldo is not responsible for transaction failures arising from your payment provider's systems. Contact your bank or e-wallet provider in the first instance for failed deposit queries.

Withdrawals of real money winnings are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• KYC Verification: Completion of KYC identity verification is mandatory before paldo will process any withdrawal request. Required documents typically include a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS or GSIS ID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID).
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Philippine Peso one hundred (₱100).
• Withdrawal to Own Accounts: Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawal to third-party accounts is not permitted.
• Processing Time: Verified withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) business day. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of the receiving financial institution.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific requirements are disclosed at the time of each bonus offer.
• Right to Withhold: paldo reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or policy violations, or compliance with PAGCOR or law enforcement directives.

paldo may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible users. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specifically stated otherwise in individual promotion terms:

• Promotions are available to eligible registered users only. paldo reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are disclosed in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your paldo Wallet. Wagering activity will draw from real money funds first unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• paldo reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable PAGCOR guidelines.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotion — including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated wagering, or exploitation of a technical error — will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus and may result in Account suspension.
• Promotions are intended for recreational players. paldo may restrict promotional eligibility for accounts exhibiting commercial or professional wagering patterns.

All games offered on the paldo Platform are subject to individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general principles govern all gameplay on paldo:

• Certified RNG: All random-outcome games on paldo use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are not influenced by paldo, the player's betting history, or any external factor.
• RTP Disclosure: The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is disclosed within the game information panel. Actual returns will vary due to the inherent variance of random outcomes.
• Disconnection Policy: If a game session is interrupted by a technical failure or disconnection, paldo's servers will record the game state at the point of interruption. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the paldo Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one (1) Account, or assisting any other person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from unlawful activity, or using the Platform for any money laundering purpose in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or otherwise interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors, whether or not such exploitation results in a financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with paldo employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing paldo employees or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any part of the paldo Platform.

paldo is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. As part of this commitment, and in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements, paldo provides the following player protection tools:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account to control spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders to encourage regular breaks from gameplay.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary suspension of their Account for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling permanently may apply for self-exclusion, which results in permanent Account closure and inclusion on paldo's self-exclusion register. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the nominated exclusion period.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the paldo Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform; modify, adapt, or create derivative works; use paldo's trademarks or branding without prior written consent; or frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website or service.

Any unauthorised use of paldo's intellectual property may result in Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under Philippine and international law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, paldo's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their paldo Wallet in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

paldo shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
• Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate or incomplete game information published on the Platform where such inaccuracy results from a technical error or third-party data feed failure.
• Service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, telecommunications failure, or power outages.
• Losses arising from a User's failure to maintain adequate security over their Account credentials.
• Any decision or action taken by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority that affects paldo's ability to provide services.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes paldo's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Either party may terminate a paldo Account subject to the following conditions:

• User-Initiated Closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting paldo support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real money balance in your Wallet (net of any applicable Bonus Fund wagering requirements) will be returned to your nominated payment account following completion of KYC verification.
• paldo-Initiated Suspension: paldo may suspend your Account with immediate effect upon reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct, fraud, identity misrepresentation, or any other material breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
• paldo-Initiated Termination: Following investigation, paldo may permanently close an Account found to be in material breach of these Terms. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or multi-accounting, paldo reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance.
• Regulatory Direction: paldo may close Accounts at any time in compliance with a direction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.

Upon termination for any reason, your licence to access the Platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution — shall continue in full force.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and paldo relating to your Account, a transaction, or the interpretation of these Terms, paldo encourages you to contact our support team in the first instance. paldo will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints informally within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal support channels, either party may refer the matter to arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Centre, Inc. (PDRCI), or such other recognised Philippine arbitration body as the parties may agree in writing. The place of arbitration shall be Metro Manila, Philippines. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

paldo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, paldo will provide reasonable notice to registered users by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered mobile number.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the paldo Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.

If you do not accept revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.
